We were pleased with the price point, which offered great value for money. Although there were some issues with the hot water, the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed a good night's sleep. the location was convenient for exploring the local area and we appreciated the facilities provided.
Despite this, our overall experience was positive and we would recommend this hotel to others looking for a budget-friendly option.

Additionally, we encountered issues with our booking, with an extra room being confirmed without our consent. The staff was unhelpful, adding to our frustrations. our Christmas experience at this hotel was underwhelming.
